1. Service Agreements

Chromatic Visions Studio, located at 555 Howard Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94105, provides a range of creative services, including but not limited to photography, videography, web design, branding, and digital marketing. Our services are governed by specific service agreements that will be provided to clients before the commencement of any project. These agreements will detail the scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and other relevant terms. 2. Payment Terms

All fees for services provided by Chromatic Visions Studio will be outlined in the service agreement. We require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and delivery of the final deliverables. Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, or check.   1. A deposit of 50% is required to initiate any project.
  2. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of deliverables.
  3. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
  4. Late payments may incur a monthly late fee.
  5. Detailed invoices will be provided for each payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time, but cancellation fees may apply. If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. If work has already begun, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, calculated at our hourly rate of $150/hour. We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Chromatic Visions Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the work we create, including but not limited to photography, videography, web designs, logos, and marketing materials. Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. However, clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify the deliverables without our express written consent. We reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by our work, please notify us immediately with detailed information regarding the alleged infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chromatic Visions Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations. Any claims against Chromatic Visions Studio must be brought within one year of the date of the service agreement.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clients are advised to consult with legal counsel regarding their rights and obligations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Chromatic Visions Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
